How long does shipping take within Singapore?
We offer standard delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Express next-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 12 PM SGT.
What is your return policy for apparel?
You can return unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that sale items and intimate wear are non-refundable.
Are the sizes based on Asian or International standards?
Our apparel generally follows Asian sizing. We recommend checking the specific size guide located on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and local options including PayNow and GrabPay.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, exchanges can be made at our physical showroom or via mail. Please contact our support team to reserve the replacement size before sending your item back.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily serve customers in Singapore, but we do offer shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
