At Games Haven SG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Singapore.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
